Veris Wealth Partners Announces Senior Leadership Transition

Veris Wealth Partners, an investment advisor to mission- and values-aligned foundations, endowments and families, announced today that its Executive Committee, led by Chief Operating Officer Sheryl Kucer and including Chief Investment Officer Roraj Pradhananga and Chief Advisory Officer Jane Swan, will oversee the firm's strategic direction and operations effective as of today. Stephanie Cohn Rupp has stepped down as CEO but will remain an active member of the board and a partner of the firm upon her exit.

Sheryl Kucer joined Veris in 2022 and has over 20 years of experience in leadership and operational roles at Advisory firms. Most recently, Kucer served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Compliance Officer at Dyson Capital Advisors. She previously served as Director and Head of Client Service and Operations at Tiedemann Advisors.

Roraj Pradhananga joined Veris in 2019 and has over 17 years of experience in the financial services industry. He leads Veris' Investments Team and chairs the Investment Committee. Prior to Veris, Pradhananga developed and implemented sustainability ESG and impact investment solutions for RobecoSAM in Switzerland and served as Vice President of Debt Capital Markets for Citigroup in New York.

Jane Swan joined Veris in 2015 and has 29 years of industry experience. In addition to leading Advisory Services, she leads the firm's Oakland, California office and serves as investment advisor to families, foundations and endowments. Prior to Veris, she served as Portfolio Manager and Vice President with Northern Trust and began her investment career at Progressive Asset Management.

Stephanie Cohn Rupp has 25 years of sustainable and impact investing leadership experience. She was COO and then CEO of Veris Wealth Partners from 2019 to May 2025. Before joining Veris, Stephanie was Managing Director, Partner, and Head of Impact Investing at Tiedemann Advisors. She also was the former CEO of Toniic, a global community of impact investors, and held globally focused investment roles at Omidyar Network, UBS and the World Bank.
