Federman & Sherwood Investigates Ace Hardware Corporation for Data Breach

The law firm of Federman & Sherwood has initiated an investigation into Ace Hardware Corporation with respect to their recent data breach. On October 29, 2023, Ace Hardware Corporation discovered a data security incident that impacted certain corporate systems. Upon discovery, Ace Hardware Corporation took immediate action to secure its environment and investigate. After a thorough investigation, Ace Hardware Corporation determined that certain information maintained on its corporate network may have been accessed by the unauthorized actor between October 27-29, 2023.
